Foot Locker Workouts

For those of you that are going to Footlocker I will be posting the workouts on the blog. You can do them on your own time or meet together. I will meet with you one or two days a week. I will mark the days that I will be there, those days we will meet at our usual spot at 3:15 (so madison and sierra can make it from school)
Week of Nov 1-Nov Nov 6
Mon: 40 min hilly run
Tues: 30 min easy run
Wed: Fartlick (I will be there to give more specifics)
Thurs: 30 min easy run
Fri: 30 min easy run
Sat:50-60 min long run
