4th of July Race

I will be entering those who would like to run the Centerville 4th of July race on Wednesday. So pay your summer fee and let me know that you want to run it and I will enter you! The race starts at 7:00 am at 350 north 100 east Centerville.

Beginner Group
Mon: 30 min easy run
Tues:Rest or Cross Train
Wednesday: 35 min easy run
Thursday: Rest or Cross Train
Friday: 15 min easy run
Saturday: Race the Centerville 4th of July race
Sunday: Rest
Total miles this week: about 12 miles

Advanced Group
Mon: 40 min easy run
Tues: Cross Train
Wednesday: 45 min easy run
Thursday: Cross Train
Friday: 25 min easy run
Sat: Race the Centerville 4th of July race
Sunday: Rest
Total miles this week: about 16-19

Workouts for Week June 21-26

There are going to be two different workouts for every week.
The Beginner Group will be those that are either new to cross country running and need to start out with less mileage, or those that have not been running lately and want to start out slow.

The Advanced group will be those that have been running lately and want to start out with more mileage.

Beginner Group
Mon: 20 min easy run
Tues:Rest or Cross Train
Wednesday: 25 min easy run
Thursday: Rest or Cross Train
Friday: 20 min easy run
Saturday: Rest or Cross Train
Sunday: Rest
Total miles this week: about 7-9 miles

Advanced Group
Mon: 30-40 min easy run
Tues: Cross Train
Wednesday: 30-40 min easy run
Thursday: Cross Train
Friday: 45-50 min easy run
Sat: Cross Train
Sunday: Rest
Total miles this week: about 13-16
