Pre- Region

Wednesday, Sept 1 is the Pre region meet at Layton Commons Park in Layton Utah.
The athletes are excused at 1:30, the bus leaves at 2:00.
The races start at 3:30.
We should be back around 5:30 or 6:00

American Fork Grass Relays Results

We had a great opening race this week at the Grass Relays. It is always nice to get a race under our belts and get started on our season. We had some great performances this week. Layne Mckenna lead our boys team out with a time of 11:03 for the two mile, hay bale, course. That was a 1 minute improvement over his time of last year!
