Upcoming meet

The Pre-Region One Cross Country meet will be held Wednesday, September 2nd at Layton City Park.
437 N. Wasatch Drive in Layton
The course is 2.0 miles, with about 90% run on grass, 10% on asphalt and cement. We should be able to use the regular Region course.
SCHEDULE:
3:15- Coaches Meeting at the starting line
3:30- Boys= Junior Varsity
3:50- Girls= Varsity / J.V.
4:10- Boys= Varsity

Bus leaves at 1:30 get out of class at 1:00.

Welcome to Viewmont Cross Country! I am looking forward to a great season with you.
We will be meeting outside at the bleachers at 2:45 starting monday! Be dressed and ready to go. If you do not have all the paperwork that needs to be filled out, get it from me on monday at practice. Everything is due Wednesday August 26! Please have everything in to me by wednesday if you want to compete on saturday.
We will see you monday!
