State Results

Great Job at State Everyone!! We had some great performances! Layne Mckenna ran a tough race, going out with the front pack and competing with some of the best runners in the nation! Kevin Martin and Drew Linton both ran under 17:00 with huge improvements from last year. Tanner, Mikey, Hayden and Ryan ran great, especially considering they were all rookies on this course. The boys came together as a team and placed 11th, I looked at last years results and that is one spot better then last year, so we did improve. Also the boys were third from our region which was better then our fourth place finish at region. Great job boys!

On the girls side we ran solid as a team as well. Girls finished in 8th place. That is great! Our top 4 runners; Lizzy, Sierra, Tawni, and Madison, were all under 21:00 which is amazing!! Nicole and Amber and Camille rounded out our top seven, showing great performances for their first year at the state meet.

To you seniors I have loved working with you, I have loved seeing how far you have come! I will miss you! To you underclassmen I am excited for next year!
